We Do Not Sell or Share Your Mobile Number
Project Geneva does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS consent and phone numbers will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The only exception is trusted service providers who process messages on Project Geneva's behalf in order to deliver our communications — see Service Providers below. These providers may not use your mobile number for their own marketing purposes.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies.
The number of messages you receive depends on your participation in Project Geneva events and programs and the communications you have opted into.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Opting Out of SMS
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Replying STOP will stop future SMS messages from the applicable campaign.
Reply HELP for help.
Opting out of SMS does not automatically unsubscribe you from other forms of Project Geneva communication, such as email, unless you separately unsubscribe from those communications.
SMS Consent
Project Geneva only sends SMS messages to individuals who have affirmatively opted in. Submitting a phone number by itself does not constitute consent to receive marketing text messages where a form requires a separate SMS consent checkbox.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing anything or participating in Project Geneva ministry activities, where applicable.
Service Providers
Project Geneva may use trusted third-party service providers to operate portions of its website, registration systems, communications, or SMS infrastructure. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to Project Geneva and are not authorized to use Project Geneva's collected mobile numbers for their own marketing purposes.
Data Security
Project Geneva takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Retention
Project Geneva retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, administer ministry activities, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Children's Privacy
Project Geneva's website and communications are not knowingly directed toward children under 13 for the purpose of collecting personal information online.
Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Project Geneva is not responsible for the privacy practices of those external websites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
